Gonzales Transient House is a fully furnished, two-bedroom condominium unit on the 4th floor of a secure residential building along Kisad Road — one of Baguio City's most convenient addresses. The unit is thoughtfully set up with everything you need for a comfortable, self-sufficient stay: a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, fresh linen, and toiletries waiting for your arrival. The cool mountain air and pine-scented surroundings of Baguio do the rest.
The apartment comfortably sleeps up to seven guests across two bedrooms and a living area, making it equally well-suited to couples seeking a quiet escape, families on a highland holiday, or a group of friends exploring Baguio's culture and nature. The building is staffed by a 24/7 security guard and has CCTV throughout common areas, so you can relax knowing your safety is taken care of. Elevator access from the lobby makes arriving with luggage effortless.
We price our unit honestly: from ₱2,500 per night for two guests, with a modest ₱750 per additional guest. All prices include the 12% Philippine VAT — no surprise charges at checkout. A refundable security deposit of ₱1,000 is collected on-site at arrival and returned in full upon departure, provided there is no damage. Our caretaker Russel lives nearby and is always reachable via WhatsApp to help with anything from early check-in coordination to local restaurant tips.

The open-plan living area doubles as sleeping space with a comfortable sofa bed, accommodating a 7th guest when needed. During the day it serves as a relaxing lounge with a Smart TV loaded with Netflix — ideal for a rainy Baguio evening with a warm cup of coffee.
